Delivery, P&P and Returns

Despatch: We aim to dispatch your goods within two to five working days (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Post.  Often we are faster than this but if you require your lovely items more quickly then please do contact us and we will see what we can do! If we don’t have your item in stock then we will let you know as soon as possible, giving you an expected dispatch date. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more details.

 

P&P: Delivery is free on orders over £50. There is a standard delivery charge of £3.50 for UK Mainland deliveries. We try to keep our P&P as reasonable as possible but we now have a flat rate for all orders because of the way in which Royal Mail calculate postage fees. It is no longer calculated by 'weight' but by size. Many of our items are quite bulky and thus expensive to send!

At the moment we don’t offer a standard Overseas delivery but if you are an international customer then please contact us and we will try to help by establishing what the postage and payment costs would be. Quite often we are able to fulfil Overseas orders especially if you have a Pay Pal account as we can invoice direct!

Returns: We want you to be totally happy with your order but if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase then please drop us a line, quoting an order number, letting us know the reason for any return, within 14 days of receipt. 

Then, return the item(s) to us, bearing in mind that you are responsible for the safe transit of the returns package; so please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage or even send it Special Delivery, as we can’t be responsible for any lost or stray parcels.

Once we have received the item and so long as the item is unused and in it’s original packaging we will be happy to either refund or exchange.  We will process an exchange or refund as fast as possible and the refund will be by whatever method was used to pay in the first instance.

If something arrives which is faulty or damaged please email us immediately – all faults must be notified within seven days of receipt. Unfortunately, P&P can only be refunded if the item(s) were faulty or damaged or we made a horrid mistake with your order.
